The leaves are falling but prices still on the rise!
The Niagara Region had a total of 8% increase in unit sales, and an 9% increase in average sale price YTD for the month of September. Compared to last year, there was an 6% increase in listings in the region. Residential properties averaged 39 days on market and $328/sqft.
Hamilton, Ancaster and Stoney Creek had a total of 11% increase in unit sales, and a 6% increase in average sale price YTD for the month of September. Compared to last year, there was a 3% increase in listings in the area. Residential properties averaged 30 days on market and $429/sqft.
