  • You will receive service excellence and up to the minute feedback.

  • My professional Royal LePage Niagara Real Estate Centre Brokerage “For Sale” sign will be installed on your lawn.
  • Your listing will be immediately broker loaded by our office to the Niagara Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and Hot Line paged to all Royal LePage salespeople for instant action, and will appear on
  • An agent open house on a Tuesday. I will be at your home from 10am – 12pm on the specified day, to market the features of your home to our peers.
  • Personal Marketing -as I meet other salespeople in the office, at meetings, other industry open houses, you home will be constantly brought to our attention.
  • I will personally take exterior and interior digital photographs of your home which will be uploaded to the NAR and internet sites within 24 hours. These photographs are also used in print advertising and on the feature sheets of your home.
  • I provide a qualified Home Dressing (known generically as Staging) consultant to give you an evaluation of your home to prepare for sale.

  • A virtual tour of your home, will be photographed for all listings over 100 days in length. This tour will be featured on all websites listed above, as well as emailed to a number of salespeople who may have buyers waiting.
  • Full colour brochures will be created which include both interior and exterior photographs and a detailed description of your home, with particular attention to the features. They will be available to all potential buyers and sales people, to show your home to its best advantage and as a reference after they leave your home.
  • Weekly colour advertising in the St. Catharines Standard and Real Estate Advertiser. Ads are of a sufficient size to draw attention to your property.
  • Public open houses (if desired). A rider will be added to the sign a few days prior to the open house “Open House Sunday 2-4”. Open houses are also added to the web sites listed above, this acts as an extra marketing piece to attract more clients.
  • Feature sheet information box will be attached to the For Sale sign in front of your home so that passer-bys can access a spec sheet about your home.
  •  Exposure to potential buyers in our KIOSK at the Fairview Mall.
  • You will recieve a complementary home dressing consultation.
